RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 

For products shipped incorrectly (wrong item shipped) or in a case of product defect/damages, we offer returns within 5 days of your order being marked received.

  • Return items must be in original condition with labels/tags attached.
  • Return items must be unused
  • Defected/Damaged items must have photos e-mailed to Customer Service for further inspections

Please contact us at info@hiierliving.com immediately within 5 days of receiving your order for any of the returns/refunds mentioned above.

**IMPORTANT** shipping costs on returns will be at your own expense.
