RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
For products shipped incorrectly (wrong item shipped) or in a case of product defect/damages, we offer refunds/returns within 5 days of your order being marked received.
- Return items must be in original condition with labels/tags attached.
- Return items must be unused
- Defected/Damaged items must have photos e-mailed to Customer Service for further inspections

Returns and refunds are strictly for the above mentioned encounters only.
**IMPORTANT** shipping costs on returns will be at your own expense (with the exception of damaged or incorrect items shipped).
